BBC News Slideshow: In pictures: Itinerary, first ‘travel best-seller’ on India
On display at National Archives in Delhi is a book by the famous Italian traveler Ludovico De Varthema. I would love to steal the illustrations from the book and post them here, but that would be improper. Instead, I ask you that you click the link above and look at the images. I want to read the text of book, but I have to find the book first. The BBC only shows twelve illustrations.
